About Us

Veterinary Professionals with a Vision

Welcome to Malamute Manor! We are a small group of veterinary professionals around the northwest that love animals of every size and shape. In our day-to-day jobs as veterinary nurses, taking care of patients and interacting with their owners, we found an overwhelming need for reliable care for pets when their owners leave town. Since then, we have opened our homes and expanded our professional goals to improve the lives of our patients in any way we can. That includes providing a cozy, relaxing and exciting experience for every pet and their families.

Our goal is to create a personalized and unique experience for each pet that we care for. We look forward to building a meaningful relationship with each individual furry friend and the people who love them. While with our caregivers, your pet will be treated as one of our own, receiving an overwhelming shower of love, fun and specialized attention. Better yet, as veterinary professionals, there is no need to feel guilt or worry while you are out of town. Even for our geriatric friends or animals with medical conditions that may not be well suited to a large boarding facility, we’ve got them covered with 24/7 supervision from caregivers who are well versed in animal care.

All of our caregivers are either fully licensed veterinary technicians in the state of Washington, or have extensive experience working with animals of all species and ages. Collectively, we have over fifteen years experience in veterinary emergency medicine, specialty centers such as surgery, oncology and internal medicine, and primary care facilities. Our purpose is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is in great hands so you can enjoy your experiences to the fullest and come home to a healthy, happy furry friend.

What We Do

At Malamute Manor we strive to provide a quality experience for both you and your pets. Travel guilt free knowing your pets are well cared for and having a vacation of their own with new friends and fun experiences! Our services allow your pets to enjoy the love and interaction of our medically trained Caregivers in a home setting. All of our Caregivers are Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVT) or have extensive experience in veterinary ER and primary care hospitals around Washington. The only question is, our house or yours?

Boarding

Have your pet come stay with our Caregivers and their pets in their homes and enjoy a new exciting adventure.

Sitting

One of our Caregivers will stay with your pets in the comfort of their own home for a relaxing, stress-free experience without the anxiety of a new environment or strange animals.

Check-In's

For the more independent furry friends, a Caregiver will drop in for a play date and care for your animals 1-2 times per day in your home.

Long-Term Care

For those trips that require you to be away for longer than 21 days, we offer full services with adjusted flat rate pricing. Please contact a Malamute Manor Caregiver or visit our Pricing & Policy page for more details.

Medical Needs

As veterinary professionals, we have 24/7 access to doctors and medical care for your pets. This includes monitoring and care for our geriatric pets, animals with medical needs or surgical recovery and physical therapy.
